About:China Postal Service

A friend of mine waits for a parcel from China. The tracking status shows that the parcel is in Guangzhou since Jan. 10th. 2011. My friend wants to ask by E-Mail why his parcel is not yet sent up to Germany. Does anyone know an E-Mail-adress from China Post to write to in English. Thanks a lot
