hi how can i go to citigate outlet from dorsett seaview hotel...and vice versa?...until what time do they open?...thanks

Walk from the hotel to Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. Then take metro to Lai King and change to Tung Chung Line. Get off at Tung Chung. The outlet is next to the mtr station. The same way to get back to the hotel. Open from 10am-10pm.
