About:Ocean Park

Hi,

I would be visiting Hong Kong during April 2011. We have plans to stay in Macau for first 2 days, next 2 days in hong kong and rest 1 night in disneyland. We would be staying at The Venetian in Macau, at The Royal Plaza in Hong Kong and at Disney's Hollywood Hotel in Disneyland.

Our stay in Macau includes a ferry round trip plus 1/2 day city tour. So we can avail the Cotai Jet ferry service from the HKG Intl Airport and reach Taipa ferry terminal in Macau and from there catch the hotel shuttle service to reach The Venetian.

However, I need to know how we would be commuting from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to The Royal Plaza Hotel. We have plan to visit Ocean Park from there and also roaming around the Hong Kong City for half day. Please guide how we can avail MTR train and bus service for Ocean Park return journey from the hotel and the city tour.

Finally we also need to get into Disneyland from The Royal Plaza to Disney's Hollywood Hotel and getting back to the HKG Intl Airport.

Your much needed guidance in terms of the appropriate train/bus/taxi services and also the right choice of "Octopus" card.

Thanks in advance. Look forward to seeing Hong Kong.

Regards,
Ashim

Cotai Jet ferry service is available from the HKG Intl Airport to Taipa. In fact, free shuttle bus to Venetain is also available from the Macay Marine Ferry Terminal. I sugget you take ferry from Macau to China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui. Then take bus 2C at Austin Road Canton Road to QUEEN ELIZABETH SCHOOL/
Queen Elizabeth School, Sai Yee Street. The hotel is back of the school. Macau Ferry Terminal is further away in Shueng Wan. You can take bus 113 at SUTHERLAND STREET/Sutherland Street, Des Voeux Road West. Or take MTR from Shueng Wan to Mongkok East via some transfer. There is no direct bus routes from the hotel to Ocean Park. You can take bus 104 from QUEEN ELIZABETH SCHOOL to Chiu Kwong Street, Queen's Road West and then change to bus 973 to Hong Kong Country Club, Wong Chuk Hang Road. Then walk a few minutes to the Ocean park. If you want to use a Octopus card, buy ordinary on-load card.
