About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

I am australian and have lived in China for many years and married to my lovely chinese wife of 6 years. My wife is now applying for PR here in China, thought i have had a couple of convictions in Australia some 15 years ago. Can that effect my wifes application and what if i was to tick NO regarding any criminal past on the form.

I'm a little confused by your statement, does your wife apply for Australia Permanent Residence in China for herself or does she apply for China Permanent Residence in China for you? As I know, it is hard to get China PR if you have Criminal Record
