I will be staying in Binjiang, Hangzhou for a few days before going to Suzhou. Will is the best way to get to Suzhou? If it's the train, from which hangzhou's tran station to suzhou's train station? If it's the bus, from which hangzhou's bus station to suzhou's bus station? Can you also tell me how long is the journey and it's prices?

You can take bullet train from Hangzhou Railway Station to Suzhou Railway Station. The journey takes about 2 hours and costs CNY99/83.
