iam somalian student i finished high schools and iam in sudan right now iam intersted in learning chineese language and chineese culture also information technology in chineese,so will you tell me where i can get them as scholarship

There are many schools you can choose from. As to scholarship, I think you should visit the website of China Scholarship Council to fill online application. You will more and you can also find the university list.
