About:China Postal Service

i have a parcel a camera i bought on ebay i got a tracking number RR799208780CN which said arrival at transite office austraila 9/12/10 and then i have one with the same number and it said it left on 4.1.11 i would like to know what has happened to it can you let me know as i think i have been schamed and if so china post should know where it is as there is a tracking number thanks paul fisher

China post tracing system can not show the status of the parcel when it has been transited outside China. You may check the local post office or ask for the seller to help trace. I think they have been back to work from the Spring Festival holiday now.

i trace it online and it says departure at outward office of exchange and arrived at outward office of exchange. i don't understand.
