About:Harbin Ice Festival

hello,
I want to come on the 15.2. is the festival still open? do some of the hotels has English speaking staff to get around more easly?

Yes, some hotels have Engpish speaking staff. The festival still open? The spring festival is over. The lantern Festival is on Feb 17.

The festival wont close until March 01!Onlin Intl brand htls such as shangri-la or holiday inn can provide the basic english service!

The Ice and Snow Festival will last until the beginning of March. So you can still see the Ice and Snow Festival on Feb. 17, 2011. According to my experience, there are very few hotel staffs speaking good English.
