Hi I am travelling to China (Beijing and Guilin) at the start of March for 1 week. I went to a travel agent and they gave me a 2 page visa application form and said to give it back to them. Should I use that one or the 4 page form found on this page? Do I need to take the form into the chinese embassy myself or can the travel agent do it?
