About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

I reside in Manitoba but do have friend in Calgary can get my visa in Calgary rather than go to Toronto?

No, sir, you are required to submit your visa application to Consulate General of China in Toronto. If you can not go there in person, you can entrust others or a visa agency to handle this on your behalf.
