About:Dining in Hong Kong

im going to hong kong for 1 week from 18 feb 2011. any suggestion how to go to:
1) shenzhen
2) guangzhou

Take east rail line from hung hom to Lo Wu, then pass through luohu border, you will get into Shenzhen.
There is direct bus from HK to Guangzhou, you can board it from Metropark Hotel, Guangzhou. Or you can take train from Hung Hom to Guangzhou.
