About:Po Lin Monastery

I just want to confirm if what i'm planning to do is right. From Tsim Sha Tsui, i'll take the MTR to Central (Tsuen Line). Then i'll go to Pier 6 Mui Wo..ride the ferry to Lantau island. Then i'll ride new Lantau bus no. 2 to Ngong Ping. We'll visit the Tian Tan Buddha, Po Lin Monastery and Ngong Ping Village, Walking with buddha and lastly, we'll take the Ngong Ping 360 to go back to Tung Chung.

From Central, how can i go to Pier 6? Is it directly below the Central MTR or i need to walk far or ride a bus to get there? How long is the trip from Ngong Ping to Tung Chung (via cable car)? Actually, I'm not sure if i can ride the cable car since i'm afraid of heights but i really want to go to the Tian Tan Buddha. I'm looking for other options on how to go to Buddha without riding the cable car. Sorry for asking a lot of questions...

You need to walk about 15 minutes from the MTR station to Pier 6. The cable car from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping is about 25 minutes. If you are afarid of height, you can take lantau bus 23 in stead.
