As i am indian and i am going to visit Hong Kong on 15th February and i want to visit Shenzen for one or two days.  Can i get permission to visit Shenzen or i need visa?  If i need can i get tourist visa from Hong Kong?

you need visa to Shenzhen, and this visa can not be issued from Hong Kong, you can apply in India in advance through CVASC.
