About:Marriage Registration in China

I'm currently in China, but from Australia.
I have the same Question as Mr.Abinash,
I want to marry my Chinese girlfriend, but I wanted to know can I live in China after marriage?
With a D-Visa or something alike? Not a work-visa or travel-visa, is there a more permanent method of residing in China after marriage?

I thought it would be automatic, please help,
as i can't find any information Online.
Thank you,

After marriage, you are eligible to apply for a family visit visa with longer duration for one year. And the visa can be extended in her local PSB. Read more from this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/family-visit-permit.htm
But if you will work in China, you are required to apply for a work visa.
