About:China Customs Declaration

We are coming to Beijing in 3 weeks. My 8 month old baby is on a special milk formula. It will be packaged in cans and sealed by manufacturer. Does this need to be declared? Do I need to do anything or have letter from anyone to say this is ok? We will have 6 or 7 cans. Is it likely to be confiscated or hold me up going through customs? Thankyou

Of course, you do have to make a declaration. You have to aks the doctor to provide you a proof of that for the declaration in order to go through the customs smoothly.
