About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Hello. I am living in Shanghai and my parents are visiting. We are going to Hong Kong on Thursday, but their visa is only good for one entry. What can we do so that we can still go to hong kong? Do I take them to the visa office here or in hong kong?
