I am going to travel to Cambodia from Afghanistan but I am a bangladeshi citizen working in an International NGO name Concern Worldwide. After attending in the workshop in Siem Reap I will back to Bangladesh using South Cina airways where I need more than 22 hours longweber. Regarding this is there any scope to get visa for one day taking the rest in the hotel and back accordingly

No visa is required if you will not go out of the airport. And you can rest in hotel in airport area.
