About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I have a Philippine friend wanting to visit me in China. She has never been here before. I am working here and have a residence permit that expires in August 2011. What do you think is the best way for her to apply to get the longest visa possible. Should I sponsor or should she apply on her own. If she applies on her own, how much needs to be in her bank account?

She needs to apply for visa to China on her own, to secure a visa, you'd better provide with your invitation letter, copies of your residence permit, passport information and China visa page, your work permit and possibly your company info. About the minimum figure in bank account, it should be not less than pesos 50,000 if she applys from Chinese embassy in person.
