please tell me the some of the institute that admitt international students under chinese goverment scholorship independly and there agency number. THANKS

For China Scholarship, foreigners must apply for it through China embassy. I would like to recommend you the following well-known China Universities with their agency number:
Peking university: 10001
Beijing Normal University: 10027
Nankai University: 10055
Sichuan University: 10610
Zhejiang University: 10335
