Happy Chinese new year.

I wanna give an URGENT call to China EMS post from Iran. Took Its number from the site +862111185.
But the operator says number is invalid.

Would you please help me out in this case? How can I contact with them??

I think you should add Exit Number of Your Country before 86111185.
