About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Need to confirm the opening hours:
Is it 07:00 to 19:00 in peak season; 08:00 to 18:00 in low season or 0910 to 1640.

I find it is 09:10 to 16:40 in low season, but no official notice about that.
