You can take bus 973 from Canton Road Government Offices, Canton Road to Wong Chuk Hang San Wai, Wong Chuk Hang Road. Then walk to OCean park. It costs about HKD14. To Tsim Sha Tsui ferry terminal, you can take mtr from Jordan Station - C1 to Tsim Sha Tsui Station - D1 , then walk to the ferry terminal.
