You can try to find a hotel at Mongkok area. Dorsett Kowloon Hotel, Hong Kong may be nice for you. The hotel is near subway and railway stations (Mongkok KCR train station and MTR Olympic station) within driving distance of around 8 minutes. It is also a walking distance to the night market--temple street.
