About:Dual Nationality

Hi.
I am a pure Filipina which means i am holding a philippine passport. My boyfriend is pure chinese who lives in the philippines for so many years but he was born in china. I just wanted to ask if ever we get married, can i have a chinese citizenship or not? thank you!

No. Unless your husband holds a Chinese citizenship and lives in China. If he moves to China with you, then you have to apply for naturalization under close relation to a Chinese national eg. your husband but the fact it is hard to get.
