I would arrive Guangzhou at 19/2/2011, my planning is want go to Zhang Jiajie and must back to Guilin at 24/2/2011. any suggestion that how I start my journey ......

From Guangzhou to Zhangjiajie, there are three trains available. But no direct trains, coaches or flights are operating from Zhangjiajie to Guilin. Personally, you could make a transfer at Liuzhou while returning to Guilin. For example, take a train to Liuzhou first and then take a bus or train back to Guilin.
