About:Shanghai Travel

Gung Hee Fat Choy everyone, I am arr. at PVG w/2 pcs, luggage and want to go to Grand Mercure Baolong Hotel, 180 Yixian Road, Hongkou Dist. How much would taxi cost or can I ride MagLev to Longyang and then Metro to Peoples Square and take Taxi to hotel.
Will the ML Train and Metro be too crowded since I am with 2 pcs luggage? I arr. at 7pm. Thank you.

Hi, taxi fare may be very expensive. You can take the Maglev train to Longyang road and then metro line 2 to People's Square. Then take a taxi to the hotel. Or you can directly take subway line 2 from the airport to People's Square and then catch a taxi to the hotel. I think it is OK to take the Maglev train or subway with 2 pieces of luggage.
