I would like to buy summer clothes in Guangzhou. When is it a good time to visit Guangzhou?  And where would be a cheap and good hotel?  Around how much?

From every April until to the early Nov, summer clothes will be sold in Guangzhou everywhere. So, just select an ideal time in terms of your schedule. As for hotel, you could find nice home inn easily in downtown area, charging as cheap as CNY200RMB/night.
