About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hi, I am an American Military member living in Okinawa, Japan. I would like to visit China as a tourist in April. Where do I submit my Visa application? To the embassy in the US, or in Japan?

Thank you!

You can submit your visa applicaiton to Consulate General of China in Fukuoka. You need to provide your passport, application form both A and B for China, passport-sized photo, hotel reservation in China and return ticket. In addition, your residence permit in Japan is required. If necessary, you may need to provide bank statements.
