About:China Postal Service

I am expecting a package from China and I ordered it on dec. 9 and the tracking status on china post has been stuck at "departure from outward office of exchange" since Dec.16. Its been 45 days now and the package still hasn't arrrived in Canadian customs yet. I have contacted the seller and also sent a message to china post by e-mail except they haven't replied yet. Can someone please explain this extremely long delay?? And no, this seller is not a scammer, my tracking number is RR932742732CN. Thanks!

Just wait for some time more, your parcel may be delayed because of the Chinese Spring festival.

Thanks, but its been almost 2 months since I ordered it, and Chinese Festival was only recently, so why is it taking so long to arrive to Canada???

I think only China post can give you the answer to the delay of your parcel.

Kiss it good bye. I just tried calling the china post for a pakage sent in November. Went through the opitons for a englisht speaking rep to be told by a rep in english that feature is not available.
