About:Harbin Ice Festival

my mother is 80 year old but would like to see Harbin snow festival 2012.Would it be too slippery for her to walk? Can we bring a wheel-chair?Is it possible to do the trip on our own without joining a tour group?

You can bring a wheel-chair to take your 80-year old mother to harbin ice and snow festival, but it needs great efforts to carry the wheel-chair on the ice road. I ad vise you take part in a tour and book a special service for your mother to have a smooth trip.
