Can you tell me if the minibuses to Shilin from the Kunming Eastern bus station will run on 3rd February 2010? Also - will Shilin be open?

Yes, there are buses to Shilin from Kunming East bus station. It runs on Feb. 3., and Shilin is open during the spring festival.
