About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

(1) What are the requirements for a British national who intend to apply for a Multiple entry business travel visa for 12 months ASIDE from those listed on the website. He is the director/investor of a company in Shenzhen, China. Considering this position, is he EXEMPTED from any of those that are indicated in the list? He has been frequently travelling to and from China previously but issued visa was from UK. 2) For almost two weeks now I cannot get in touch with the telephone numbers in China Embassy in Manila, do you know of another active telephone line? (3) If he will personally submit the requirements can the interview be on the same date of submission if so required? Or will he be re-scheduled? (4) Office hours is from 9am to 11am, will all those who lined-up be accomodated or will there be a cut-off like first 100 applicants? I will highly appreciate your immediate reply. Need this very urgent, my British boss needs to be there after the Chinese New Year. HELP!!!

He maybe required visa/residence permit in Philippines if he want to apply for China visa there. In addition, his previous visas to China are helpful. The embassy is close for Chinese Spring Festival now, and possibly, it will open on February 9 on Wednesday. Generally, interview is not required unless visa officers ask for that. For visa submission, you'd better go there earlier.
