About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

My fiance is a Chinese citizen, can he apply for certificate of no marriage contract in Chinese embassy here in Philippines?...if yes, what are the documents needed to submit...Thanks

I think it must be done in China or wherever your home country is. Or better to ask the Chinese embassy in the Philippines for sure.They might have different requirement as Phil consulate requires for Fil citizens. Hope it helps
