About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

I am a holder of HND(Electrical &Electronic Eng.) and I want to know weather I can pursue a top-degree in Dalian University of Technology.And what University has the cheapest tuition in china also enrolling international students?

I don't think you can purchase a degree from a Chinese university, you have to get the degree after you pass the exams and publish some pepers. As for thr tuition fee for foreign students in China, I think you have to enquire the China embassy to get the exact answer.
