I'm a Z-visa holder and I want to bring my Mom with me to China this February.  She had gone to and from China with me many times and this time I want her to travel with me to Hong Kong before we enter China.Could my Mom apply for a tourist (L) visa at the Chinese Embassy in Hong Kong? I think it's cheaper and convenient to apply in HK than in Manila.  If so, how long will it take and how much?I will be waiting for your advice.  Thank you in advance.
