Hi! I am from Malaysia. I will be bag-packing alone to Taiwan Taipei the whole month of October 2011. I need a budget room for about 30 nights. Any suggestion? And what type of cloth should I bring? will it still hot, or start to be cold? Thank you!

I sugget you to rent an apartment. Or you can find a cheap hostel and try to ask for a discount price for 30 nights.
The temperature is about 19~27C during Oct. It is a little hot bus generally pleasant.
