Hello,
Please Help me On this Issue.I purchased an item from China on Jan 19,2011. The item with this tracking number EE519266180CN was shipped from there on

2011-01-22 16:47:00 SHENZHEN Posting
　 2011-01-22 18:19:00 SHENZHEN Despatch from Sorting Center
　 2011-01-22 20:08:15 SHENZHEN Arrival at Sorting Center
　 2011-01-22 20:44:42 SHENZHEN Despatch from Sorting Center
　 2011-01-26 10:21:00 GUANGZHOU Arrival at Sorting Center

I have been checking both the EMS and Saudi Post website there is NO change in the info at all. I try contacted the seller but she is on vacations of chines new year there so she cannot do any thing until 12 Feb.

Can anyone living in china please help me PLEASE....

I suggest you wait several days. Mine EMS parcel to CA takes over two weeks. It is the Spring Festival now in China. Perhaps there are other reasons. Anyway, mails to some places are very slow this year.

Well Thank you Mr.James for your suggestion.
Perhaps i didn't receive my parcel until now, i guess now it is almost impossible to get my parcel or any info before 9th February.Since i didn't receive my parcel in 6 to 10 days As they promise, Can i get my money back as compensation ?
