About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I am a Canadian. I was born in Hong Kong. I carry a Hong Kong Identity Card and a Permit Card to enter China.
Can I apply for a Hong Kong Passport in Toronto ? Where ? Forms ?

You can't apply for Hong Kong passport in Toronto because you have obtained Canadian passport, Chinese government doesn't recognize dual citizenship, if you give up your Canadian citizenship, it is possible for you to get a Hong Kong passport because you are born in Hong Kong.
