About:China Train

Hi, a group of us is traveling in China between 1st March 2011 to 15th March 2011. Our first station is Zhangjiajie / Wulingyuan we will hope to take a train from Zhangjiajie to Luoyang. Is there any direct train between these two cities? Or what's the best way to travel between them? How much and time do we need? Can we prebook ticket anywhere? We are worry about Chinese New Year may have everything booked up.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

There are no direct trains or flights from Zhangjiajie to Luoyang. By train, you could transfer at Xiangyang(former Xiangfan) or Nanyang. For the train schedules, you can search respectively online. The Spring Festival Holiday in 2011 is between Feb.2 and Feb.8, 2011. Thus, tickets during March should be fairly easy to purchase at train stations.
