i purchased an item on ebay on the 17th nov 2010it was receives at the transit

I purchased an item on ebay on the 17th Nov 2010 and it was receives at the Transit office in SHENZHEN  on the  24th November 2010 and departed transit office on the 06th January 2011. Tracking Number RA002319565CN . Today is the 31st Jan and still not received my parcel. please can anyone tell me if i will ever get this iten i puchased.Thanking youPaulntlworld.com|paul.kirk70
