About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I am working in Canada but yet a permanent resident. I am going home in July but will stop over in Beijing for 14 hrs. I would like to go out and see the City. Do i have to secure a visa?

You need to apply for a China tourist or transit visa in advance if you will go out the airport.
