You should get a single status certificate from a British Notary Public, then this document should be authenticated by the Legalization Office (LO) of British Foreign and Commonwealth Office and authenticated by China Embassy/Consulate in UK. If you go to Macau for making marriage registration, you don't need to apply for Macau visa.
