You should get a single status certificate from a British Notary Public, then this document should be authenticated by the Legalization Office (LO) of British Foreign and Commonwealth Office and authenticated by China Embassy/Consulate in UK. If you go to Macau for making marriage registration, you don't need to apply for Macau visa.However, the procedure is very complex because you and your wife are not a citizen of PRC, you'd better go to UK or Philippines to make registration.
