About:China Transit Visa

Hi,
I hold a Philippines passport with a Mongolian work visa. My itinerary will be from the Philippines to UB, Mongolia via Beijing. I plan of a 7 days stay in Beijing, can I get a transit visa for 7 days in BCIA?

No, sir, you need to apply for a transit visa in advance through Chinese embassy or consulate in philippine which hold consular jurisdiction of the place where you reside. The detailed requirements for transit visa are listed on China embassy in Philippine page.
