Hello,
I'm coming to Shanghai in July and in August again. What would be the best place to shop for some off-the-shelve suits which alterations would be then made to? How much should I expect to have to pay for it?

Hi, Qipu Lu is a big clothing wholesale market in Shanghai where you may find all kinds of clothing. You may go there to have a look. The price ranges much according to the clothing quality and brands.
