i track for my item it show departure from outward office of exchange GUANGZHOU THAILAND 2010-12-28 but now i don't recieve it tracking number is RR952337671CN please respond to me

The same status right now. Perhaps you can check in local post office. I am not sure if the sender still work now for it is the Spring Festival.
