It is around 300km from Harbin to Qiqihar. And both direct buses and trains are operating on the route. There are around 20 trains running from 05:30 to 23:30 daily. It takes about 2.5hrs by T-trains while 3.5hrs by K-trains. For the detailed schedules, you could check on the web.
