Sir i got employment license from china , i am applicant form andhra pradesh ,can i take any travel agent for my  visa process is it will be accepted or i should go personally to New Delhi for my visa process since  i dont have any previous experience for that process can i apply for travel agent or not ,please clarify me

You need submit your visa application to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC)in New Delhi. If you can not go there in person, you can entrust a travel agency or visa agency to handle this on your behalf. The detailed information for CVASC you can refer to the article above on this page.
