sir i am balakrishna i got employment license form china i have to apply for visa in india for chinese embassy i am resident form andhrapradesh,can i apply from kolkata chinese embassy office.

Andhra Pradesh state is under the consular jurisdiction of China embassy in New Delhi, you should submit work visa application to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in New Delhi
