About:Luggage Rack

I plan to visit kunming-dali-lijiang and shangli-la during middle of March or may be
beginning of April. Do I expect flower blossem and still plenty of snow on the mountain?

Yeah, you can see flower blossem during that time. On he peak of some high mountain, you may eye snow.
