About:China Work Visa

I'd worked in China as an ESL teacher in Jilin Province last year. Now, I'm currently here in the Philippines and planning to work again in China as ESL teacher again. I already have an employer but my visa was denied.

What are the requirements so I can work again in China? What are the documents needed and where should I get those?

Thank you.
